Welcome to Bless! Your first step is to schedule an introductory phone call to discuss your upcoming surgery and how we can best assist you. It's never too early to start planning.

Planning and Preparation
After our initial conversation we will schedule a more in depth meeting detailing specifics to provide you the highest level of care. At this time, we will develop a specialized recovery plan that fits all of your needs.

Day of Surgery
The day has finally come for your life changing procedure. Our team will be with you the entire time. As promised, we will take care of all the details, big and small.

Recovery
Our team will be there to support you and your family post-operatively for as long as you need us. All of the details will be covered so you can focus on healing. Transportation, follow up appointments, we do it all!
Tia Matherly
Hello and welcome! I’m Tia Matherly, a multi-state Registered Nurse based in the beautiful Tampa Bay, FL area. As a Private Surgical Recovery Nurse specializing in plastic surgery and elective care, I am dedicated to providing personalized, compassionate care to patients throughout their entire surgical journey—from pre-op to recovery.

With a diverse background in nursing, I have gained extensive experience in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), the Operating Room (OR), as well as in cosmetic and medical dermatology and private duty care. This comprehensive skill set allows me to manage a wide range of patient needs, ensuring that each individual receives the highest level of care and attention throughout their recovery.

Caring for others is my true passion, and it’s something that runs deep in my family—I'm proud to be a third-generation nurse. Whether I’m supporting a patient through a surgical procedure or helping them recover with confidence, my goal is always to make a positive impact during a critical time in their lives.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy spending quality time with my fiancé, Anthony, and our playful mini labradoodle, Penelope. In my free time, I also love staying active through tennis, golf, and taking on home renovation projects.
